Please be sure of sizing when placing an order. And please do not hesitate to email or call us with any questions regarding fitting and sizing as we can likely offer helpful suggestions.
We are pleased to offer product exchanges provided that we are notified within 30 days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for two way shipping costs on product exchanges.
*If, by our mistake, the incorrect item or size is shipped and your order is not 100% complete, then we will pay for all of the exchange costs incurred by our error, and apologize for the inconvenience.
Return / Refund Policy:
We accept product returns within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns of non-defective products which qualified for 'Free Shipping' will be refunded less our outbound shipping costs.
